About Dubai Star
The Tower is developed in 5 basement floors+ ground floor+ 44 residential floors+ floor for facilities. The ground floor consists shopping area, service offices, and reception. The floors 1-39 involve 13 apartments in each floor with different spaces and systems such as studios, one bedroom, and two-bedroom systems. As for the floors 40-44, each floor consists 4 apartments of 4-5 bedrooms, whereas the roof floor consists all entertainment facilities such as swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna.
