The front facade of the tower is infront of the cluster plaza space, North West view is infront of Sheikh Zayed Road, with a special view at the Jumeirah Palm, Marina towers, and South East facade is facing the lakes.

It also has an outdoor dining deck that is sited at the 1st floor of the adjacent retails area for the cafe shop below and gymnasium is to be found on the 31st floor with an area of 340 m2. It contains also a swimming pool on the 33rd floor.

Two cores of six high-speed elevators & two escape stairwells (with a separated egress from basement & tower at grade level and open directly to outside open space) be found in the centre and enclosed by areas of different functions are at the spine of the tower.
